Refund and Returns Policy

At Prograde Services Inc., we aim to provide high-quality products and services that meet our customers’ expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be processed.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We may ask for photo evidence to assess the issue.
  • Incorrect Products: If you receive a different product from what you ordered, please inform us within 7 days. The item must be unused and in the original packaging.

Note: Customized products or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns, except in cases of defect or error on our part.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support at admin@prograde.com.ph or 09177060087 within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue. Our team will guide you through the return process and may request supporting documentation.
  3. Once approved, return the item in its original packaging, with all components included.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund. Approved refunds are issued as follows:

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
  • Deductions: If applicable, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount. This will be disclosed during the return process.

4. Exchanges

In cases where the item is eligible for an exchange (such as receiving a defective or incorrect product), we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost once the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or altered.
  • Items without the original packaging or missing components.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
